Death of Rahmat Hussain's wife

Mrs. Irshadi Hussain, wife of Dr. Rahmat Hussain from North India was tragically killed in an accident at their home on Monday morning. Apparently she put her hand in the water kept for heating without turning off the electric rod. She was taken to a couple of private hospitals which refused to admit her because of fear of legal hassles. By the time she was taken to the government hospitals, she had died. Needless to say, the family is very broken. The funeral was held on Tuesday. Please pray for Rahmat and the children, Mariam and Shakinah and Zechariah.

Rahmat writes: 'Thank you so much for your concern. Our children are very shocked and disturbed. It is really very difficult to make them understand and also a person like me how Irshadi could leave me at this juncture. But I know the vision for the ministry was hers as well as mine - in fact more of hers. I am so lonely now but again today I see Mariam and Shakinah and Zechariah with leadership skills. But I will always keep missing her until I meet her in the Lord's house. In Jesus your brother Rahmat.'
