Draft Legislative Programme 2008/09

The Programme sets out the key themes that the Government will address in the next legislative session of Parliament. The themes are Economic Stability, Making the most of your potential, Personalisation and improvement of Public Services, and Community Empowerment and Democracy. The vast majority of the programme applies directly to Scotland.
