Redevelopment

A redevelopment church is one that had declined in the past and is now being supported by the HMB to encourage growth. Badenoch in the central Highlands is one of these.

Here in Badenoch, we are surrounded by glorious scenery that calls forth praise to our great Creator God and, as a fellowship, we seek to make known this God to all those who live in the area. Specifically, we engage in hospitality ministry through our monthly Lunch Club, which attracts about 60 people from the community.

We work with the schoolchildren of the community through S.U., assemblies, classroom work and an after-school club. We try to reach the young families through a parent and toddler craft group. Also in the church in Kingussie, we have the usual Sunday services and prayer meeting on a Thursday. We will attempt to reach the community for Jesus Christ in any way that we possibly can and, with that in mind, we are constantly trying to find new ways of reaching out. So please pray for us!
